New Redd Kross! Way to go, Michael!
  11:04am
Mike East:

if that's not a #1 hit, I don't know what is.
  11:10am
paul:

Technically, that's a one-one punch.
  11:12am
fred:

Laura Cantrell! And she'll be on the air later today... I guess it's not polite to say so on your playlist, but I really miss her show
Avatar 11:13am
Michael:

I miss it too Fred.
  11:14am
Bob:

Whoa! That Clarence song is killer
  11:16am
fred:

Good to know you didn't take offense. Being French, I snickered at country music before her show educated me and opened my mind to a whole new (to me) world of music
  11:17am
Moammar:

All due respect, but the Tom Jones version of Keep on Running leaves the earth scorched. This is a little pallid by comparison.
Avatar 11:25am
Michael:

That's a bit harsh on old Moammar - he's a bit rude, maybe.
  11:29am
Moammar:

Dig out the Tom version. Smoking Welsh stuff. The Redd Kross, by the way, was brilliant. They had dropped totally off my radar.
  11:33am
~L:

Have you taken her to the SilverBall Museum? It is less noisy than CC and the food is better.
  11:41am
ChooChoo - ATL:

Thanks for the Lift Up from Brutha Cleophus!
  11:45am
Ken From Hyde Park:

Government Center is great. Thanks for playing that.
  11:48am
Mike East:

As many times as I've heard Government Center, I'll admit...I don't think I knew it was Modern Lovers.
  11:57am
Jay /London:

just checking in from London

Mike East:

that NEWS FLASH is hilarious!
  12:16pm
Elias:

Shelley, the hard-hitting interviewer! This is a great interview, as usual.
  12:25pm
drewo:

Another great Michael Shelley interview. Thanks! I spent some time in the studio working with Alex Chilton back in the 80's, recording a NYC downtown band. Yes, he spent much of the evening on his back, under the console, with the lights turned very low. But the recording sounded fine!
  12:30pm
Faye:

I'm having the nicest time listening to this program today! Thank you, Michael.
  12:42pm
Mike East:

Excellent interview! The live acoustic music is a real treat, too!
  12:45pm
Mike East:

man, what a great song
