I lived in Ashland City back in the early-mid 90's. Used to work in Nashville. Funny he would mention batman because there is, at least back then, a big highrise building in Nashville that people would call the batman building. It was shaped like the batman mask.

All Along the Watchtower is highly covered. I went through a period when I was younger tracking down different versions.
