Various religious leaders introduced the "under god" from 1948 onwards, and Congress accepted it as official in 1954.

But they already do because everytime someone can't pay for treatment it forces the price up for the ones who can, so in my opinion it's better to get the buld discount by having everyone get insurance.

	7:50pm Caryn: The guy in the Kon-Tiki was Norwegian explorer Thor Heyerdahl. If you want to read about his theory, Dan B, read his book "Kon-Tiki". Of course the vast majority of anthropologists nowadays believe Heyerdahl was totally wrong. But his experiment was interesting. His theory was not about Egyptians, but about Polynesians crossing the Pacific to the US. He later made 2 papyrus boats to try and prove Egyptians also came to the US. Those are written about in "The Ra Expeditions". He has similar theories about Norwegians in Russia. Most of his ideas have been totally panned. Interesting guy, though.
	7:54pm DPCD: I wanted to move to Canada, but unfortunately am a US Citizen. Their law prohibits me from having a job there for 3 years after the move date. DANG! Anyway, while there last week I met a Phillipine immigrant couple. She got pregnant on arrival, per their plan. They now enjoy a full year paid maternity leave for her, plus a 6 month paternity leave for him, and all costs for baby's pre,post,delivery care paid. They showed up last October to work in a fish processing facility, and probably have a total of 1 month's work put in between them. In 3 years they can get a Canadian passport and come laugh at Filipinos here! MY point: be smart an don't come to "America." Canada is by far a better place to live in 2012. Unless you are a US Citizen.
