	3:56pm still b/p: The resurrected Narragansett brand is showing up around here in northern New England with its new "old" look. But will not try it, even if Curt Gowdy's ghost wants to buy me one.

	4:00pm dc pat: I collected cans too. Ended up trying to sell them years later but had to pitch most of them. Had a cone top too.

	4:01pm BSI: AIEEEEE! Gig in Rhode Island last year: venue's only drink deal for performers was $1 Narragansetts. First and last time. I'm not a beer snob, but that stuff..... shudder

	4:09pm KevinfromBayRidge: My friend bought a house in Lynbrook, LI circa 1980. It's former owner had been Tex Antoine, local meteorolological legend in notoriety. His unfinished attic had a plethora of beer cans nailed to the rafters( along with an "Uncle Weatherbee" porchlight. Don't make 'em like that anymore.

	4:15pm BSI: Never started on beer until age 19, so I had time to work up a fake-snob act. First one was a Guinness. Legal age was raised to 21 after I turned 19, so was grandfathered in... strange days.
	4:16pm Cheri Pi: I'm experimenting w/ Leinenkeugel (sp)'s lemon shandy-it's not bad especially when the weather's hot.

	5:38pm tim from champaign: Matt, Baltika is my favorite "eastern block" beer. I dig their style of baltic porter. Rich and smokey. Plus it's affordable and comes in varying degrees of gravity.
