I've been told my plastic bits for the biker scout costume are close to being sent. I don't know if I'll have it ready for the MS Sydney to Wollongong bike (bicycle) ride. I want to get new merchandise ideas made by the local roller derby league but it's not really happening. I'm on the committee though. Umm.... I'm desperate for a date.

They're a different sort of misfit from me but we all get each other. @fred: I don't think I'll get the stuff in time for 6 Nov. With the guys who make these bits, it's usually an after-hours side job and the maker of the plastic bits has been delayed a few months already. However, I think this one would be easier to do than the stormtrooper because it uses a lot more elastic .
	8:56am fred: @Elwyn: don't sell yourself short that way. Trust me on this, it can backfire in a hurry, so just do what you do and don't listen too much to negative voices, even if yours joins that chorus So what's plan B for that ride? I don't see you riding in your regular stormtrooper outfit

With the guys who make these bits, it's usually an after-hours side job and the maker of the plastic bits has been delayed a few months already. However, I think this one would be easier to do than the stormtrooper because it uses a lot more elastic .
