Just read about Kulanjan by Taj Mahal, sounds interesting. Does anyone know this album?
Brian in UK:
I'm reading this book at present and it makes depressing reading guess the same thing is happening over your way.

I just read about Taj Mahal on wokipedia (cos i think there's an aussie band called taj mahal?) & it was interesting to hear his take on blues & that not many black people listen to blues anymore.
I don't know any Taj albums, Looms
Blowing The Fuse is a good series with music like this Mike Gordon... the local library has about 6 or 7 of them, then go from 1946 to 1959 I think.
This is a nice song, Think of Me

I saw a video of Canned Heat, on a music VHS, Bob Hite was a great singer, it was I Like To Boogie. Good song that.

And what do you mean exactly with "his son is looser" (sorry for my poor English)
