	9:47am Cecile: I don't anymore. But then again, Tom Verlaine's singing kept me from Television for a long time, too. Now it doesn't matter so much any more.

	9:53am Cecile: no, pierre. This was ages ago, but as a wee tad, I just had a problem with the accomplished musicianship set against Chris D's wailing. Now I think it's a cool contrast.

	10:12am Cecile: Speaking of LGBT issues, me and my autistic brother in law were watching Oprah, and Chaz Bono came on. He was floored by the concept of transgender, but I explained to him that sometimes a man's brain ends up in a woman's body and vice versa. He pondered that for a second, and says "that makes sense. God made Eve out of Adam." (he's very religious.) Then he goes, "that means Chaz is a one-woman man like the song on the radio." My BiL is awesome.

	10:29am pierre: this shirt story remind me of a french magazine cover saying : "girls and sex, how to love it without being thought as a sl*t" take this sentence in a masculine genre, it doesn't make sense, why should in a feminine version? Those magazines… sigh.

	10:37am Cecile: I like to look at pictures of the detail and craft of fashion and the endless ways of combining clothes. Getting a man or hiding my dark circles, not so much.

	10:55am pierre: that's the thing for both cases : - no dreamy work : WFMU helps going through it. - trying to not look like the weird one : WFMU help you unleash your weirdo-self, without having to act weird.

	11:29am Cecile: I was thinking when I was doing my AM workout to the Old School Funk station on my TV is that the US needs to have a Manhattan Project to develop the next great funk show band. Where is the next Ohio Players? The next Parliament? I think the economic stimulus, particularly to rust belt areas like Dayton, OH and Detroit would be immeasurable.
