Therese:

  12:46am
Chop Scott:

Crazy to hear about Thayer Street and the Dogmatics---I lived there next to them for a few years way back then, good times...
  12:49am
Therese:

No way! Do you know Jahna, Scott?
  12:52am
Julie:

this sounds kind of like the ramones
  12:52am
Jahna:

Hey Scott! My mom and her then roommate Michael are both artists. I LOVED visiting them when I was a teenager! Actually, I went to a Dogmatics reunion show a couple summers back in P-Town at the Gov Bradford. It was really weird to see them again after all these years... (and minus Paul...)
  12:54am
Chop Scott:

I don't remember a whole lot from those days--but Thayer Street was a totally good blur. I was at 8 Thayer on the 4th floor with the Prime Movers--Jahna must have been at 10 to be neath the Dogmatics. I think about Dogmatic Paul often, huge loss.
  12:57am
Julie:

Times Square Soundtrack best soundtrack ever
  1:01am
G:

@Bush Tetras: Ain't it the truth.
  1:02am
Jahna:

Yes, Mom's place was at #10 on the floor above the Dogmatics. I went to a show in the loft across from theirs (a karate studio, I think?) that was awesome... I think I was 16 at the time.
  1:03am
Julie:

@G hells yeah

  2:21am
Staten Island Ferry:

This idea is good, it falls short of the higher quality of Rza making beats outa Fugazi songs though.
  2:43am
Dan McFakename:

Great Nirvana story, T. Loyal Ny/Nj listener in checkin' in a little later than usual. I'm in Seattle this week. Speaking of Nirvana, just in case you didn't hear, Nirvana was from Seattle that has been reenforced a zillion times over the past few days.
  2:49am
Therese:

I don't know if you've heard, Dan, but there was this music called 'Grunge...'
  2:52am
Dan McFakename:

Was this "grunge" you speak of popular in the early '90's?
  2:58am
Dan McFakename:

In all seriousness, great show as usual. I wish i heard the wolw thing but i guess that's what the archives are for
  3:00am

  3:01am
Jahna:
