Swami:

  9:26am
cheri:

  9:28am
BSI:

present and very nearly accounted for.
  9:28am
Cecile:

I don't think it's Mila Kunis.. it was probably written years before she was born.

Good morning eveyrone! BSI you rock star.
  9:30am
BSI:

rock SCAR, maybe...
  9:30am
Cecile:

LOL!
It's always a good morning to hear Robert Ashley.
  9:32am
pierre:

btw, BSI, how can someone can keep in touch with your production of music ?
i didn't find anything on facebook nor twitter. I "asked" you to "friend me" on the FMA though.
  9:33am
johng:

hello and good afternoon from ireland. thoroughly enjoying this
  9:36am
BSI:

thanks pierre; i'm not hip enough for the twitter (these crazy kids and their tweety things), but www.bluesausageinfant.com has all the goods...
  9:38am
Cecile:

I'm on the Twitter, and I am the most unhippest thing ever.
  9:39am
Cecile:

this is a great journey, Scott.
  9:39am
Cecile:

pierre, are you on the twitter? I'm @dowdydiva
  9:40am
pierre:

BSI, the only show you played in France was at the ambassy of France !?
(now i know to to see one of your performance, i'll have to rob a bank and come in the USA, wich is pretty difficult)

@ dowdydiva i'm @pierreall
  9:41am
Cecile:

Got it!
  9:42am
BSI:

Pierre: no sorry, that was at the Embassy here in Washington DC. They have a cultural center/venue called La Maison Française, where we had a couple of shows during the Sonic Circuits festival last year.
  9:43am
Cecile:

Don't they still have cultural exchange grants? You're kinda cultural, BSI...
  9:44am
pierre:

@ Cecile : it's done ! :)
@BSI : i wish they were a "la maison française" in France.
  9:48am
BSI:

it was a great show. headlined by the Merzbow/Richard Pinhas collaboration (which just came out on Cuneiform as a CD/DVD, by the way...)
  9:50am
Cecile:

ha ha ha ha Scott.
  9:56am
?:

Zachary Cale is also playing instore at Academy Records, on E. 13th, on May 26th, apparently.
  9:56am
scott:

Whad I say, cecile?
  9:57am
Cecile:

Mila's Journey being about Mila Kunis...
  9:57am
Cecile:

when we all know it's really about Topher Grace. :D
  9:59am
scott:

Ha.
  10:22am
scott:

He's had a quite a journey.
  10:30am
Cecile:

From point A to point C.
  10:32am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

is Topher Grace still doing stuff? haven't seen his name in awhile.
  10:32am
scott:

He's smoking weed in his mom's basement with his pals.
  10:33am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

living the dream, as they say
  10:33am
Cecile:

I don't know why I know this, but he has some stuff in production right now. He's going the "I'm going to take small roles until I learn to act" route.
  10:34am
Swami:

I thought he was in the Peace Corps in Cincinatti.
  10:34am
Cecile:

That does sound like a dream, dunnit DCE?
But seriously, he seems like a nice enough guy. Modest in talent and demeanor
  10:36am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

yeah, he was certainly likeable on that 70s show....I think I saw a movie w him as a more despicable character and didn't care for it.
  10:38am
pierre:

spiderman 3 was not really good, i mean i don't really care neither, but still
  10:41am
Andrew:

I prefer Spacemen 3
  10:42am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

how come the word "actress" has disappeared from the language? is it offensive? I guess maybe it is because no one ever heard of a "doctress" or "lawyress", did they?
  10:43am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

forgive me, I may be a caveman
  10:43am
Cecile:

Mila Kunis was easily the breakout talent of that show. Very funny woman.

DCE, its' probably for the better, but I miss the word aviatrix.
  10:44am
scott:

Obviously, you're a caveman. But didn't I just say "actress"?
  10:44am
sissy spaceship:

topher grace reminds me of griffin dunne
  10:45am
Daniel:

I miss "aviator", for that matter.
  10:45am
Cecile:

someone said actor in the comments somewhere.
  10:45am
Thelma:

Anyone who missed Kenny G at the White House can find him on YOuTube:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZRh-Wu6CbVM
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hMSvrIPhA4Y
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nqHaKniXkF8
They didn't know what to make of him, but we do-- pure anal magic. Go Kenny G!!!
  10:45am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

no, you said actor, that's what triggered that mild eruption in psychosis....and we still say "songstress" for female singer/songwriter types, don't we? forgive me, my loincloth is falling down
  10:45am
Cecile:

good call, sissy, but I think Topher is a little better in front of the camera.
  10:46am
Cecile:

I never liked the word songstress, sounds too much like a Stevie Nicks.album title.
  10:47am
Cecile:

I guess he did say actor.

I'm sorry my brain is still fried from Clay/Fabio yesterday.
  10:47am
pierre:

Kenneth Goldsmith at the white house has 18 views on youtube
  10:48am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

yeah, that was pretty intense.

18 views? PUMP THE VIEWS UP PEOPLE!!
  10:48am
scott:

Actually I think "actress" is quite acceptable.
  10:50am
maestroso:

Not to change the subject, but this Gang Gang Dance piece is pretty awesome.
  10:51am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

it does sound good!
  10:52am
Nathan:

I was just thinking the same thing Maestroso...
  10:54am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

I saw them a long time ago and it was nowhere near this developed-sounding
  10:56am
pierre:

I have a trick question (and i'll take all answers, even "up your butt") :

Do anybody know where to stack/tidy stuffs, when you don't have furnitures to put them into ?
  10:57am
Cecile:

Boxes.
  10:57am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

we could try "storage units" as well, though the cost might justify buying some furnitures!
  10:58am
Dead Corporate Eyes:

is this like Family Feud?
  10:58am
sissy spaceship:

hang things you use all the time on the walls, put all art on the ceiling.
  11:00am
pierre:

DCE (hahahaha…) exactly !

(no its just, if i want original idea i know who to ask > wfmu listeners thanks @sissy and @cecile)
  11:16am
pierre:

the kind of same probelm is for example : i don't know where to put my wfmu stickers, for it to be safe from decay, as well as being seen my most people ?

(its the kind of questions i'm asking myself)
  11:18am
Azam:

@Pierre...you could make furniture out all your old stuff. So for example, all those books you'll probably never read again: make a coffee table out of them; sew together your old t-shirts and make a nice rug out from them and so on.
  11:19am
pierre:

nice idea Azam, i like that.
  11:19am
BSI:

Good point, Azam. I've just spent about three years crushing down several of my old neighbors to make new ones. Hopefully these don't get wind-chimes...
  11:25am
KevinfromBayRidge:

Hello all, This set is amazing. i might have to head into the city tonight and leave the Feelies in Bklyn.
  11:27am
pierre:

this a sad song
  11:27am
KevinfromBayRidge:

oops! May 26th...No conflict! No problem!
  11:34am
?:

Glad yr digging it, Kevin. :)
  11:35am
scott:

That was me.
  11:39am
Ken:

Nice show today Scott!

I just put a screenshot of Kenny G on Jon Stewart up on the FMU homepage.
  11:41am
scott:

Incredible suit! Thanks, Ken.
  11:43am
mito:

nice set
  11:43am
Ike:

OH MY GOD! I haven't watched last night's Daily Show yet. Now I REALLY have something to look forward to when I get home (besides the finale of Nikita and my Topher Grace marathon... kidding). No spoilers please! ;)
  11:53am
pierre:

i just watched it,
hilarious.
  11:55am
βrian:

Lovin' the Bombino.
  11:58am
Cecile:

Pierre, make a tabletop of a piece of wood. Then stick down all the stickers and put a piece of glass over
  12:00pm
pierre:

good idea Cecile, wf(m)urnitures
  12:02pm
Ike:

Don't worry Pierre, I haven't figured out what to do with all my older WFMU stickers yet and I've had some of them for years. I figure I can only have one on my car's bumper at a time if I don't want to seem trashy or like a crazy hippie.
  12:04pm
Handsome Harry:

Great show today.
  12:05pm
pierre:

the same here ike, the same…
  12:05pm
pierre:

great show, thanks Scott
  12:06pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

later Scott!
  8:21pm
matthewkoshak:
