Gerry Field:

I'm the violin player from Morning Calm "Under a Tree."
Leo Gillespie was the singer/guitarist and Didier Malherbe played flute. It was recorded in the Fall of 1969 in Paris. We never saw the product. Someone took us into a recording studio and it was all done in one take. None of us made any money and this broadcast 40+ years later is the first time I've actually heard it. Amazing. I'd love to get the album if possible. We really got ripped off by the guy who got us into the studio. I was in the beginning of Gong before it was called Gong (The Daevid Allen Group - we played at the BYG Festival in Belgium with Zappa as the MC) after playing with this trio Morning Calm (actually we didn't have a name at the time). Leo still performs all over Europe and sent me your link. I'm in Chicago and still play violin often. I studied violinmaking and restoration of string instruments. I have a violin shop in Highland Park, IL near the Ravinia Music Festival Park. Can I get a copy of "Under a Tree?"
