  3:39am
serge:

  3:46am
Andrew in Vic, Australia:

Not doing the podcasts anymore? I just went to look at recent ones & the last one is from 2010. (this is the first time I've heard your show)
  3:50am
jeff-m:

no, I haven't done them in a while. Sorry that the playlist makes it looks like it's still a current thing. I guess I could start again though... kind of miss it.
  4:09am
mike:

What is this music or noise considered? Id there a name? I guess you could say in real new to this
  4:15am
jeff-m:

Well, not really sure. Sort of spans a few genres and decades. Maybe ambient / bedroom pych with a some modern classical pieces thrown in...

just try and make it pretty and meditative tonight is all
  4:18am
D. Blumin:

Jeff, it is clearly Crude-Looking delicate music! That's what this is!
  4:21am
jeff-m:

yeah, something like that
  4:21am
mike:

It is pretty! Def. Just viben but does any of this stuff have to do with some sort of psychoacustics?
  4:30am
jeff-m:

no, I don't think so intentionally. but a palette of different drone will probably have some different effects on people, moods, etc.
  4:36am
mike:

What year is lotis eater from? wfmu is great I've heard such cool stuff I've never thought of
  4:38am
jeff-m:

it's from 2003. Hope it's still in print because I want to buy it. Currently this is Yoshi Wada from 1974. Forgot to change song name.
  4:39am
Andrew in Vic, Australia:

I make 'music' similar to this in my room. It's really relaxing, kind of meditative, just electric guitar & playing with the sounds from my effects pedals & keyboard. Time really disappears when you're just sitting there in the near dark, headphones on, mmmm. ^_^
  4:47am
jeff-m:

I do the same a lot Andrew. Yeah, always a nice way to spend an evening or two.
  4:54am
Andrew in Vic, Australia:

well, I am off after this one, thanks for this show & chat ^_^
  5:06am

  5:10am
anna w:

  5:40am
Bas, NL:

Drum club's very nice! I thought i was listening to Bill Laswell first..
  5:45am
jeff-m:

Ahh, sort of DJ'ed myself into a corner there. Soem Laswell would have been a nice follow up.
  5:50am
Bas, NL:

Rapoon is a really fantastic choice!
  6:00am
Bas, NL:

Thank again!
