Happy Tuesday, Joe.If you have some Seeds laying around there, could you throw on a track?
  12:28pm Bad Ronald:

  12:31pm Me:

Hapy Tuesday (that is more like a Monday for many!)
  12:38pm Joe B:

Hi all! Thanks for checkin in, listening/commenting.
  1:00pm Cynthia Ballanchaine:

Big loss. He can still sing, he just needs to sing good material! You know I never act that way about bands getting back together w/out all original members, but bringing on Flea and the guy from Simple Minds ain't gonna cut it with the Faces. Always willing to give something a chance though. Even so, realistic or low expectations on that one.
  1:00pm Mike East:

The one thing I miss about living in Brooklyn is watching Ghoul a go go on the weekends. Anyone know if its available on any Jersey networks?
  1:01pm Cynthia Ballanchaine:

You are right. Rod is wasting his gift.

  2:25pm Joe B:

Jumpy, sorry I forgot your 2nd gig:

Saturday, June 5 sees the return of SOUL A GO-GO to Huckleberry Bar.
Come hear DJs Girlsoul and Jumpy blast all manner of ‘60s soul 45s. Many new finds!
FREE, 10PM-4AM, 588 Grand St., E. Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY 11211.
  2:29pm seang:

  2:38pm Rubble:

this is the second time I'm hearing the plimsouls live record and thinking he remionds me alot of lennon! Ddin't really think that seeing them live... or perhaps I did and forgot!
  2:39pm drr:

Yay, the Laureates! (Cynthia, your comment about the Faces rules.)
  2:40pm Listener Jumpy:

Go, Joe!
  2:42pm Cecile:

ITA drr, I always say that about Rod - his voice is great, but he has zero quality control. His album of standards was one of the worst things I ever heard. His voice is not suited to those songs and that era.
  2:43pm Cecile:

yeah, Cynthia, you totally have to manage your expectations with that "reunion"
  2:53pm Parq:

Whoa, that was "that" Susan Cowsill, yeah? She just turned 51, according to Mr. Wikipedia. There's a current pic, and if you squint a little, you can actually recognize her face from those 60s TV shows.
  2:54pm drr:

wait wait....is Rod *also* reviving the faces? I heard something about the Faces reviving with Mick Hucknall and Glen Matlock. I thought this was just an alternate-reality joke but now I'm not so sure....
  2:55pm drr:

@efd: Jinx! (just saw your comment.)
