Your son?, Christopher?
p.s. my great, great, great, great grandson has transcribed this for me telling me that telegrams are "nowheresville", the hippie. tell whoever reads this to you about the telegram.
christopher? size 10 and a half:
This confirms that we may indeed be related, this and my collection of old shoes. I must request your shoe size.
Please understand that I want nothing from you but a little fatherly advice on care of 78 records and any crates of 78s that you may possess and be willing to pass on in the case that I should outlive you.
Not likely I am sure, but considering the fact that I have outlived every decendant, exluding my hippie great, great, great, great grandson (who I was finally able to stir from his stupor enough to transcribe this message) I feel that I deserve something - if only surface noise.
Please do not worry that your precious 78s would become his property as I am leaving him nothing, maybe a pair of shoes, but nothing of street value as he would sell it post haste to feed his hippie needs.
Call off your lawyer please, as I have no use for their type. If you need to call please do, the number is 18.
