	9:50am Ann Arbor Doug: Since the Michigan Democratic primary has been all screwed up, should I vote for Uncommitted (what the party wants us to do if we don't want to vote for Hillary), Ron Paul (maximum mischief value), or Kucinich (best candidate but doesn't deserve votes because he tried to take his name off the ballot)?
	9:52am Hatch: My suggestion, to make the best use of your vote, is to pick Uncommitted. Either that or take a GOP ballot and vote Mitt Romney to help jumble up the Republican contest even further.
	9:53am dei xhrist: I was at a poll watch and I was pretty surprised to see Gulianni whup Paul - Paul seemed pretty strong around here, or at least his supporters were crazy with the signs in both quantity and duration. Only getting snippets on this whole MI primary - what about write ins? Do you really have to pay every state to be on their ballot or is it just a con about the early primaries?

So Clinton wins by default--or possibly gets second place to "Uncommitted"--but the delegates don't get to vote at the nominating convention. Theoretically...
	9:59am Hatch: And yeah, you have to pay a filing fee and/or get a certain number of signatures from registered voters to get on the ballot. For Democrats in New York, you need 500 signatures in each of the state's 29 Congressional Districts. Clinton and Obama were the only ones who got on the ballot in every district.
