	10:00am Wes: I'll go with James on this one. Say a Hail Mary, but stay out of the mafia, and live to enjoy your catch. No fishing tip, but here's a cooking tip: get a fish griller and cook over hardwood with olive oil and cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic and sea salt.
