Live performance and chat with Lisa Germano (Listen to this set: Pop-up) |
||||||||||
Seductive, dark and truly magical, Lisa Germano has just released a new disc called "In the Maybe World" on Michael Gira's Young God label. Always stark and direct, Germano's songs are intensely beautiful with just a hint of black humor. Lisa has been touring with the equally beautiful guitarist and producer Michael Brook, and she plays on his new album, "RockPaperScissors,"as well. Lisa Germano dropped by mid-tour to chat and play a few songs for us on the piano. |

I dedicate Lisa's set to the memory of Nolan, the babycat, who went to his own 'Golden City' in July after 15 years on this planet. |
