The plan is to create as much chaos as possible to break the actual day-to-day administration of Social Security. Trump and Musk will use this to argue that Social Security must be privatized. This will be done in a piecemeal manner, such as implementing new computer systems (updating these systems will cost at least $20-billion and much more when done by a private contractor). These costs will be passed onto taxpayers and claimants, with benefit reductions to pay the private contractors. And then Fox et al will praise OrangeBoi for “saving” the system.

Also it gives people a daily practice and rhythm of applying themselves which is good in the world and for an individual's sense of purpose and action. Also it is a rehearsal of what to say what not to say and how to say it. All good. Nothing wrong with maintaining engagement.

The plan is to create as much chaos as possible to break the actual day-to-day administration of Social Security. Trump and Musk will use this to argue that Social Security must be privatized. This will be done in a piecemeal manner, such as implementing new computer systems (updating these systems will cost at least $20-billion and much more when done by a private contractor). These costs will be passed onto taxpayers and claimants, with benefit reductions to pay the private contractors. And then Fox et al will praise OrangeBoi for “saving” the system.
