	🛎 ♥ 12:22pm chris in the redwoods: ↳ βrian @12:15 i've been enjoying sampling coffees from all over the world with a weekly coffee selection thingamijigger. this week's was from Thailand, and i was tempted. but i've found if the fruit isn't grown at a high altitude, i don't prefer it. had an absolutely sublime coffee from Northern India several weeks ago with hints of rose. magic. favorites are high-altitude Ethiopian and high-altitude Colombian origins. i do pour-over at about a 17:1 ratio, so i'm tasting a lot of the process from growing to fermentation to drying to roasting. enjoying the geekyness of it. ok, i'll shut up about that now. hehe.

	🛎 ♥ 12:22pm chris in the redwoods: ↳ βrian @12:15 i've been enjoying sampling coffees from all over the world with a weekly coffee selection thingamijigger. this week's was from Thailand, and i was tempted. but i've found if the fruit isn't grown at a high altitude, i don't prefer it. had an absolutely sublime coffee from Northern India several weeks ago with hints of rose. magic. favorites are high-altitude Ethiopian and high-altitude Colombian origins. i do pour-over at about a 17:1 ratio, so i'm tasting a lot of the process from growing to fermentation to drying to roasting. enjoying the geekyness of it. ok, i'll shut up about that now. hehe.
