Hi, going back to Chris Barber Band... another person worth mentioning was Ottilie Patterson, an amazing blues vocalist. Also there is a very interesting short documentary film from 1959 featuring Chris Barber Band in the middle of a Teddy Boy club on a Saturday night, called Momma Don't Allow, directed by Karel Reisz and Tony Richardson!

↳ Song: "Too Soon Gone" by "The Band"
The song title says it all...
(very late Band, not really in many ways, but does have the feel of the original unit...)
