Familiar & forgotten gems from 50-plus years of music on the darker side, shoegaze, synthpop, goth, psychedelia, darkwave, with unapologetic detours into 70s pop. In a dark night of the soul, it's always 3 o'clock in the morning.

I feel like "Bloodflowers" was the album where The Cure was trying to appeal to the fans that didn't like "Wild Moon Swings." As someone who reallly liked the variety of "Wild Mood Swings," it left me cold. Hearing this song in a vacuum though, I quite like it.

Avatar 3:25pm

I would never keep a bird in an antique cage. they are likely to have lead and/or chipped paint. the shape is often wrong as well. They are best used as decoration.

One was a pet Cockatoo that this owner had for 13 years. he showed me videos of "Reggie", he seemed to be a trip to have as a pet. I love taxidermy but admittedly this particular one did creep me out

I wasn't a huge Nirvana, but I did like them a bit. I heard about Kurt's death while hanging out with a bunch of friends on our way to see Liz Phair and the Raincoats. So, if WFMU has a very successful marathon and we all give generously, can they better equipment and maintenance that make the streams more reliable?

Well, from what I can tell from Discogs, there's no band called Arthropodia. The space is ours to claim!
