Great point about mindfulness too, just getting into the practice of daily mindfulness meditations and its absolutely changed my life

Id much rather have knowledge that makes me feel weary of the world and be accurate in my conceptions than operate off unrealistically hopeful and unfounded beliefs, feels like thats just a path to disappointment. Great point about mindfulness too, just getting into the practice of daily mindfulness meditations and its absolutely changed my life
