True Lies.

Okay, it's kind of a silly movie (I mean – Arnold), but that kiss with the flash and mushroom cloud is (as far as I know) one of a kind.

And Jamie Lee Curtis was irresistible in that – there's a dorky/awkward/super-hot dancing scene she does – and with her presence, even an Arnold movie is enjoyable.

Totally depends on how you define romance. Men are good at "infatuation" style romance but in my experience women are better at the kind of romance where they truly make their significant other feel known ie. Remembering little things about people etc
