	♥ 12:11pm WR: I find it helpful to go, damn, give up. Got make some tea or whatever and see if the location of the misplaced item surfaces while distracting myself with routine activity. Have to stop the active conscious thoughts about finding the item so the unconscious mind can do its work.
	12:12pm Miss Mei: I lose things all the time, but what baffles me about this is I have zero recollection of removing its regular cord and replacing it with the faulty one.

	12:23pm Miss Mei: Shame i will have to cut the last 20-some minutes from my program but its working now.
	12:25pm Mr Fab: Yes, just heard some Italian grooviness there.
	12:26pm Miss Mei: Many of today's bands played on Home Lines' SS Oceanic cruise ship. It was built in 1963. Between 1985 and 2000, it sailed for Premier Cruise Line under the names Starship Oceanic and Big Red Boat I, before being sold to Pullmantur Cruises and reverting to its original name. In 2009 it was sold to a new owner-operator, Peace Boat, which kept was used until 2012. The Oceanic was broken up in China later that year.

	12:27pm Miss Mei: all the records i'll be playing today were l sold / given way on these various cruise ships.
	12:28pm Miss Mei: There are many of these records out there, a lot are lost media, though copies are online for sale, some are affordable. Unfortunately, my vinyl ripping days have been over since 2022, unless my record player gets sent back to me.
	12:29pm Miss Mei: I have next to nothing on info of the players in these bands. Most probably lived in Italy and Ive not been able to locate obituaries for those who have passed on.
	♥ 12:29pm WR: Anyone else experiencing having the streaming stop in the app and having to stop start to get it again. I thought earlier it was connected to when Miss Mei was connecting / disconnecting but now have had it happen in the middle of Casatschok.
	12:30pm Miss Mei: It seems to be working on my end? I haven't lost internet connection and BUTT is working.
	12:32pm H: I'm using just a browser, and apart from having to pause and play it to start after the cord got sorted, has worked fine for me

	♥ 12:34pm Herbie: Last night I had a friend tell me that when she tried to listen to my show last week on the browser in her car it kept kicking off every few minutes. 🤷‍♂️
	12:35pm Miss Mei: Sometime during the week between 3 and 9 May 2010, the Oceanic came under attack by pirates while off the coast of Yemen. The ship was attacked by grenades, but managed to avoid being boarded by adopting zig-zag manoeuvres and blasting the pirates with high-pressure water hoses. Reportedly the pirates were subsequently apprehended by NATO forces.

	12:45pm Miss Mei: I should note that all of the Donzelli group records I have on today do not have any titles. Each one just says "Donzelli's Group", I added the year on to discern them

After my Chicago sojourn (during which I ate deep dish at the original Uno and Due) when I was jonesing for deep dish I went to Uno's in LIC with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised for the deep dish. Anything else on the menu is so so.

	12:26pm Miss Mei: Many of today's bands played on Home Lines' SS Oceanic cruise ship. It was built in 1963. Between 1985 and 2000, it sailed for Premier Cruise Line under the names Starship Oceanic and Big Red Boat I, before being sold to Pullmantur Cruises and reverting to its original name. In 2009 it was sold to a new owner-operator, Peace Boat, which kept was used until 2012. The Oceanic was broken up in China later that year.

	12:28pm Miss Mei: There are many of these records out there, a lot are lost media, though copies are online for sale, some are affordable. Unfortunately, my vinyl ripping days have been over since 2022, unless my record player gets sent back to me.

The ship was attacked by grenades, but managed to avoid being boarded by adopting zig-zag manoeuvres and blasting the pirates with high-pressure water hoses. Reportedly the pirates were subsequently apprehended by NATO forces.

After my Chicago sojourn (during which I ate deep dish at the original Uno and Due) when I was jonesing for deep dish I went to Uno's in LIC with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised for the deep dish. Anything else on the menu is so so.
