I did not like the 'new' P J album at the time (The Hope Six Demolition Project) and as many songs in the set list were from that one it did contribute to me not enjoying her set as much one would've thought. I had a ticket for a third Low concert, but the saddest happened - RIP Mimi Parker

	4:25pm hunterfelt: ↳ Julie @4:14 Low were one of those bands that I enjoyed and respected but wasn't a big fan of for most of their existence, but then they released those final two albums albums, "Double Negative" and "Hey What" and it was like when MBV jumped from "Isn't Anything" to "Loveless." Like they broke through the plateau and discovered a new form of music. And then, yeah, we lost Mimi. Alan's new album is quite good but obviously Mimi was the heart of the band. I will always wonder about what the next album could have been... or maybe it was a "Blackstar" situation where there wasn't any further to go.

I had a ticket for a third Low concert, but the saddest happened - RIP Mimi Parker

Like they broke through the plateau and discovered a new form of music. And then, yeah, we lost Mimi. Alan's new album is quite good but obviously Mimi was the heart of the band. I will always wonder about what the next album could have been... or maybe it was a "Blackstar" situation where there wasn't any further to go.
