It's pronounced "Pooh-NEEL", and it's sort of about songwriter Fred Neil. "Baxters" doesn't get the attention because it didn't have any big hit singles from it like "Surrealistic Pillow". I find Baxter's to be a much more interesting and engaging LP than "Pillow".
