We have off Xmas Day, but not the Thursday and Friday afterwards, and the 31st is a half day anyway so I'm only asking for 3.5 days off total. Not a fucking thing is going to happen to the cases I'm on then anyway; wish me luck. It's also the first year where there is NO local family Xmas/Chanukkah stuff going on so I would get to laze around, do absolutely fuck-all, sleep, and play video games for a glorious stretch. Back in the day when I had a Real Corporate Job they gave us off all of those days anyway.

	3:29pm doctorjazz: I went to The Chanukah show Yo La Tengo, COVID wasn't quite gone as a worry yet, and it was truly weird (for me, anyway). Didn't love the show either, was disappointed (became a guitar jamming battle).

We have off Xmas Day, but not the Thursday and Friday afterwards, and the 31st is a half day anyway so I'm only asking for 3.5 days off total. It's also the first year where there is NO local family Xmas/Chanukkah stuff going on so I would get to laze around, do absolutely fuck-all, sleep, and play video games for a glorious stretch. Back in the day when I had a Real Corporate Job they gave us off all of those days anyway.
