Also - when thinking about the big devils night fires in Detroit in the 80’s for example - but other eras as well - consider the social unrest, police brutality, history of corruption & racial oppression. Detroit has a long history of civil unrest because of these factors & Detroit has lots of reasons to blow off steam!!!
