Open the safe and remove the battery compartment cover
Remove all four AA batteries
Press and release the Wake-Up button until you stop hearing beeps
Press and hold the Initialization button
Reinsert the batteries
When you insert the fourth battery, you should hear one beep, followed by two consecutive beeps
Release the Initialization button
If you don't hear three beeps, repeat steps 1–3
Replace the battery compartment cover
The safe will now be in Factory Default mode, which means any fingerprint can open it.
If the batteries are out for more than 24 hours, all registered PIN codes will be lost. To reset the PIN codes, you can use the key to open the safe.
You can also check that the battery wire in the keypad housing is connected and not pinched.
