Also, an LA Times article from '89 about some refugees tried for killing and eating a 4 month old puppy. Charges were dropped as they didn't use inhumane methods, it was decided. That article was called "Culture Clash or Animal Cruelty". I certainly don't think anyone should be accused erroneously, but neither do I think we should just automatically dismiss these ideas.

They'd rather have the Problem to campaign on than have harm reduction. That's the fact of the matter. When your Party's actual Policies have been increasingly in the Popular Minority for who knows how long - you use the Politics of Emotion rather than speak of the actual Issues ...or your actual Record.
