I know that Albini did not necessarily like every band that he recorded, but the similar strain in recording techniques was a good premise for a freeform set. There will also be more recent releases recorded by Albini.

I mainly wanted to see Liars and Os Mutantes, don't remember what else happened. Bought a lot of records that day. Sweep The Leg Johnny was one of them...

Then did it again. Then again (I was on the side and saw he had a fourth cheap guitar at the ready, I guess the show didn't go well enough to deserve that)

More to the point, she had an IRCAM researcher do an analysis of a Merzbow track (that researcher is a gem of a guy, when she crashed her computer he did the interview again)

One highlight was the scholarly discussion of Whitehouse's A Cunt Like You. More to the point, she had an IRCAM researcher do an analysis of a Merzbow track (that researcher is a gem of a guy, when she crashed her computer he did the interview again)
