... in any case i didn't care much about it, little kid rock n roller that i was. then one day i just decided i liked it...even before the guitar solo! (which is no Ernie Isley but it sounds great!)
so i grabbed my leaf-raking money, went and bought it. the flip was the mediocre-at-best we may never pass this way again which a few years later, along with surely a billion others, became our graduating class' *song*. ugh.

so easy to make and sure delicious ... if no fire ... steam the cobs a wee bit and then sear in a cast iron pn with no oil ... shaking constantly !!!

Ship the salt as the cheese has the salt .. grated Reggiano works fine as a replaement for the cotijillo cheese or crumbled feta ... NO SALT !!!!!

Eggs @ room temperature
1 large egg (Variation: + 1 yolk)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard + ½ teaspoon dry mustard
1 medium clove garlic, pressed
1 cup safflower or grapeseed oil
Kosher salt
Critical: lower the blender to the bottom, tip it, as needed, but DO NOT lift it until finished.
