I remember seeing a documentary about Monk, and a bass player was describing playing with him for the first time. He said Monk sat down and played a single note over and over, varying it's time signature and frequency. The bass player thought he was insulting them at first, but then realized what Monk was up to and started following along.

In the movie God's Little Acre, Robert Ryan's character kidnaps an albino and forces him to use a divining rod in search of gold , digging up his entire farm. He assures his friend (Buddy Hackett) that you asolutely need an albino and that the premise is 'strictly scientific'. Tina Louise flaunts considerable cleavage. Odd film.
