It was also half-full. I saw David Byrne skulking around in the shadows, so I said to my girlfriend "Look, David is trying to pretend he's invisible - go up to him and say something" Just like me, she was a big trouble maker, so she marched over to David and started talking. I was watching them from our table. All of a sudden David gets this horrified look on his face and runs away. My girlfriend comes back to our table with a shit eating grin on her face. "WHAT DID YOU SAY TO HIM!? I demanded. She just looked straight ahead with a smirk on her face. Forty four years later, I still have no idea what she said.

It was also half-full. I saw David Byrne skulking around in the shadows, so I said to my girlfriend "Look, David is trying to pretend he's invisible - go up to him and say something" Just like me, she was a big trouble maker, so she marched over to David and started talking. I was watching them from our table. All of a sudden David gets this horrified look on his face and runs away. My girlfriend comes back to our table with a shit eating grin on her face. "WHAT DID YOU SAY TO HIM!? I demanded. She just looked straight ahead with a smirk on her face. Forty four years later, I still have no idea what she said.

I think a documentary or two has been dropped in the last 20 years but nothing as far as a serious film. I always wondered why David Letterman had Bill‘s mom on so he could apologize. Just out of the blue and many years after his death. probably because David knew that he effed up with Bill and that would definitely be a part of any bio pic that would be made.
