A 5-floor walk-up. Without A/C. I didn't know that in advance, but I suspected it wouldn't be good. What was I thinking? Well, I sort of know one of the artists exhibiting and I wanted to see her and her work in person. Anyway, I survived to tell the tale.

U2 would be among te groups that led the charge. There were local independent shops in nearby New Brunswick NJ at the time that sold UK imports by the score. Remember one in particular that had U2 pic discs displayed prominently inside the store.

Well, I sort of know one of the artists exhibiting and I wanted to see her and her work in person. Anyway, I survived to tell the tale.
