PSA Follow up:
That phishing email I got the other day trying to entice me to follow a link to "Paypal" and sign in..
Well my love recd.' the same type of email last night.
I reported it of course, but it makes me think that maybe, in the coming days/weeks we'll hear about a Paypal data breach. Seems likely and usually reporting such breaches often takes months to surface publicly.
So..I deleted both of our Paypal accounts & data at the site signing in from a secure page of course.
Something to consider if especially like us, we haven't really used the service in a long time.

Favorite Mink story.
I was driving in my work van years ago, radio drifting in & out & I thought I heard the DJ on WNTI say Willie Nile had passed away. I was always a big Nile fan.
So a few months later I saw tix for Willie Nile & we went.
I met Willie for the first time post show & I told him how I mistakenly thought he had passed when it was actually Willie (Mink) Deville.
He laughed, told me he knew Mink and lamented his passing & assured me that he was fine, gave me a big hug, scratched my glasses that were in my pocket & we've been friends ever since.

I saw Dylan in 2016. Terrible. The opener Dawes was fantastic.
I saw Willie Nelson few years back. Almost comical. Openers Jerry Douglass and Kacey Musgraves were excellent.
I saw Robert Pant & Alison Krauss last year with JD McPherson both as the opener & part of Plant's band. Unbelievable show. Sooo good.
All 3 will share a bill at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in July.
Just a heads up if considering the show.

Dear glisteners, I’ll bet many of us compost our food scraps. I will be at nyc union square greenmarket’s LES Ecology Center stand on may 27,29(Mon, Wed), 8-5pm. Bring me a “gift”? And we can spread some pixie dust on NYC’s Community Composting program. We need it as mayor Eric Putin wants to 100% defund us (boo hiss). Crazy- it’s a successful low cost program that people love and it helps save the earth. Come on! Thx, friends.
