The show is dedicated to UK rock n roll music from the 1960s and 1970s (mostly British Invasion music, British folk rock and pub rock). T Rex and Bowie are common artists played on both Flange & Frigate show as well as Wired Up!

this year a Velvet Underground record sold for $30,000 on Discogs.
