	1:24am MJ: Sorry to hear about the health issues! Been reading recently that there is absolutely no health benefit to alcohol. Zero. The "glass of wine a day is good for your heart" etc. advice has supposedly been debunked for good and most doctors say you shouldn't drink at all. Separate (big) issue is, quality of life, if not drinking means not seeing friends or getting out of the house or whatever. In that case maybe the tradeoff is worth it. I quit cigs a whie back and don't miss them and still see my friends

	1:24am MJ: Sorry to hear about the health issues! Been reading recently that there is absolutely no health benefit to alcohol. Zero. The "glass of wine a day is good for your heart" etc. advice has supposedly been debunked for good and most doctors say you shouldn't drink at all. Separate (big) issue is, quality of life, if not drinking means not seeing friends or getting out of the house or whatever. In that case maybe the tradeoff is worth it. I quit cigs a whie back and don't miss them and still see my friends
