I saw Split Enz live at the Ritz at the time of True Colours and they carried the geometric theme on to Noel Crombie's costume design. Half way through the lights went dark to revel that the white of the costumes was day glo and they were all geometric shapes moving about the stage. Costumes now in NZed's National Museum!

And he points at my T-shirt and says, "Is that a radio station?" And it turns out he has a freeform postpunk show on his college's station (Drexel U in Philly) and LOVES radio and freeform and *had never heard of WFMU*! So, well, he's heard of it now, that's for sure. Was going to spend his bus ride back to Philly checking it out.
