i always loved coffee, since i was ~8-9 years old. part of my reason for abstinence, aside from knowing that it's bad for you, especially your kidneys and urinary tract, was that i didn't want to consume dairy products, and after trying every non-dairy/non poison cream alternative i found none satisfying.
then i discovered oat milk.
now i drink the poison coffee almost daily.

i have kidney problem for a couple of years now. i think it has more to do with the whiskey i drank; but the coffee definitely aggravates it.

it's also a bronco-dilator, so it's useful in an asthma attack (though very likely bad for the overall condition, being bad for the kidneys)

...and the truth is, in my opinion, that it can be; but not because there's ANYTHING in it that's good for your body, but because if you like whiskey (or getting a buzz in general) then it's something you enjoy -which is good for your mood which is good for your hormones.
conversely, depriving of something you really enjoy can be devastating to your immune system, as sadness, anger and depression are.

...an interesting suggestion that we came from the Woods & Forests in Deep History - & that's where the Drugs were. So in terms of what's Natural for us - the Psychedelic State actually is where we came from - & it's who we are. Which put those two together ...& we've Forgotten to Forget I suppose.
