Hi Chresti! I was ok with them as a small child. It was when I grew up and learned about the dark side of the circus, which is very creepy all around. I was just at the library reading the L.A. times. One of the librarians there and I chat once in awhile. When I first met her she told me she lived down the street from Danny Whitten in Echo Park in the early 70's. She said Crazy Horse would practice in a barn at the back of the property. She also told me it was not a good scene, always a lot of screaming and yelling. Of course we know what happened to Danny.
