Ed died in a car wreck & the project went with hi. LP is out there on ebay sometimes.

My brother's metal band Tortured Dog lived & rehearsed at his farm in Indiana.

I played his Flying V once in the studio here in Milford.Serial #3 or #8.

I read a fun short interview with the drummer from the album Ram, who made the not-obvious point that "we didn't play Uncle Albert, stop the tape, and then play Admiral Halsey." Done in one go. Also, IIRC, the drums and guitar were laid down at the same time, with the bass recorded later? Hard for me to comprehend.

In local concert news, we saw our second show at the new Knitting Factory last night, and once again the vocals were unacceptably muddy in the mix. I even mentioned this to the bartender, who maybe was a manager or part owner, and he said they were aware of the problem but hadn't had the $ to fix it when opening. But K8 and I are steering clear of that place until they get a real PA. You can't charge money and feature lyrics-forward acts and do that bad a job with the vocals mix. If there were a law, it would be against it.

Scorsese's Bringing Out The Dead, pretty good, lots of story left unfinshed, Ving Rhames very entertaining.
Hamlet 2: 2008 Steve Coogan clowning, pretty obvious and Waiting For Guffman did it better, but I laughed. Catherine Keener v. good as a bored wife and Amy Poehler v good as a foul-mouthed ACLU lawyer.
