A viking ship appears on the horizon, a likeness of Alice Coltrane carved into its bow. Rare birds flock together to sing Francoise Hardy as soul hits. A sunset of blips and bleeps fills the air.

Right now I've got:
#1: Standard but B string is tuned up to C
#2: Standard but high E string is tuned down to D
#3: Standard but low E string is tuned down to D
#4: Both #1 and #2 at the same time
So... nothing very exotic at the moment (except maybe #4), always just one or two strings off. For awhile I had my "fuck-around-with guitar" tuned entirely down a full step, plus #2 above ... but that guitar (which was a gift to me from a stranger I met in a bar the day before he was moving to Canada to live with his park ranger girlfriend, not even kidding) is an old Seagull with some truss rod issues and a hole in the face of it and it just can't hold tuning or intonation, so I'm trying to think of creative ways to dispose of it.
