Great show! Sadly on the theme of Christmas Eve mortality I saw a Dixie Chicks founder met her maker in a car crash last night or today. Iām not even familiar with their works, only that they told Bush & Co to fuck off when they justified attacking Iraq.
I don't understand the line in Assassination on Xmas Eve: "The D.A.'s resignation stands."
Does it mean the D.A. has resigned? Or is refusing to resign? Or their resignation was held up by others?
I've always wondered if this means there are always consequences for someone, or if nobody has any consequences, like the traffic cop who "Whoopsie'd."
