i had severe food poisoning when I was 15. it took nearly 30 years for my gi tract to recover (it took me getting nearly deathly ill for an actual cure for it to come about, and it wasn't b/c of my doctors)

I projected vomited all over the bathroom, and missed the second half. The janitor came in an mopped it up while i was so embarrassed. (i was leaking from both ends for another week) oh, to be 15 again...
