I'm totally disheartened by the recent sale/acquisition, and especially by the layoffs that seemed to particularly target Bandcamp Union members. But I also feel like it's still beneficial to artists.

Maybe it will get EVEN WORSE -- everything tends to. But for now, it's still worth it. And I pretty much use the links to wishlist things and order on Bandcamp Friday for most artists.
