Todd, Saw him Thurs at the Beacon. I thought he was brilliant. His voice was strong and his piano playing was outstanding. His band would put down a hypnotic groove on some of the songs from Rough and Rowdy Ways, and he would do some weird counter-melody stuff on piano. The drummer was sneaky as fuck. Dylan played harmonica a little but no guitar. He set up at the piano out front w him as the point of the arrow of his band (not like other times I've seen him where he hides out in back). Talked only to introduce band toward the end and weirdly shout out Jan Wenner. But I really enjoyed the performance. Somebody recorded the audio and put it on YouTube. I listened to it all over again the next day. He was great. Viva la Bob
