when i have agency over my diet, i'm mostly meat-free, unless it's something i know that will be good, or it's something i've never tried. a reduction in cruelty, if you will. i was a partner to a vegan for 14 years, and i did all of the cooking (and still prefer to cook all meals, when i have a kitchen)

"abusing" animals including consuming dairy foods; but people have been duped into thinking milk and milk products are good for humans.
...someone recently mentioned how bad for the ecology the almond milk/almond butter industry is; but that would probably be almost a non-issue if there wasn't a cow milk/cow flesh industry.
and cow milk is disastrous for most people's health.
