Priests in a retirement home situation.
One was deaf & so my company installed a vibrating device under his mattress so in the event of a fire alarm & he was sleeping the bed would vibrate & wake him.
The first time an alarm happened it worked as designed & he had a heart attack & passed.
The diocese tried to sue my company.
They lost.

Cleaned off the roof from debris from the trees from recent storms. We got almost 7" of rain in 3 days last week.
Cleaned out the ductwork in the house & tested the heating system. All Good.
Built a little set of stairs for my big kitty Squeezle to use to get up & down off the bed because of his foot problem. He has yet to use them but he's really smart so I know he will :)
And then, it's off to the doctors this afternoon for my love.
Pre-surgery consults this week & next.

On a lighter note, years ago my cousin sent me a clip from a call-in radio show. A woman complained that the deer crossing signs should be posted out of the way of human and vehicular traffic. Tell the deer to cross in different places, please.
She went on. If it was a comedy bit, it worked. If she was serious, I fear for the human race.
