Chaka stopped taking visitors as my friend was next in line. “ Chaka is not taking any more visitors”- security lead her away.

Among any others of the like…! early1980s: touristing around NYC, vinyl collecting (found Doll by Doll’s great 3rd import album at CE’s) and we were attending an off-off b-way Sam Shepard play; On a whim, my mom purchased a 9” Quasar color tv from Crazy E’s -and proceeded to walk around NYC lugging this small but heavy tv around. She was cuckoo, yet oh so memorable and fun! We had some adventures.

She was cuckoo, yet oh so memorable and fun! We had some adventures.
