(it was only valued at 30). I said this is california, something is going on here we aren't taking their offeres. We got them up to almost a million. I'm not kidding. the only reason I didn't hold out for more was I was afraid they would get us for eminent domain. totally reminds me of record collecting.

We had old farmers on the same street who sold places with more acreage and homes that weren't falling apart for only 75,000. This was post 2000 too.
